Dynaudio Special 40 vs B&W 805 D3

Was wandering if a pair of 805D3 would be a noticeable upgrade to the Dynaudio Special 40 ?
Some of you may have compared them.

At that price point you'd expect flat bass response to at least 20hz. Just remember one thing. There's no such thing as an upgrade. It's all a matter of OPINION!

The B&W diamond tweeter is better than Dynaudio’s Esotar2 and likely better than the tweeter in the 40s There are others I’d prefer at that price point but you can do worse than the 805s.
