Oppo SE or Nuforce edition. Noticable differences?

I am looking to purchase a flagship blu ray player and came down to two, maybe three units. The Oppo SE, SE Nuforce edition and Marantz 8400. The marantz new is double the price of the SE Nuforce edition but for how much more quality? Anyone help decide between the three.... presently using a PS3(piano black version with no bitsream).Thx
