Manual for Blue Circle BC-23 phono amp?

 Does anyone have a manual for a Blue Circle BC-23 phono amp? Since Blue Circle is out of business, their website is gone, and my searches on the 'net have not found anything. I would most like to know the settings of the internal DIP switches that set load and capacitance. Thanks.

Hello:  I am also trying to find a manual for the Blue Circle BC23, or at least instructions how to set the DIP switches and the toggle switches.  If anyone has a manual or that information I would sure appreciate having it.
