Cartridge Compliance Measures

Hey Folks:

I see three different ways of reporting cartridge compliance:

um/mN
CUs
cm/dyne

There may be others.....is there a way of converting these to allow comparison between these ratings? Or at least a conversion scale showing low, medium and high compliance bands for each specification rating system?

Answering my own question.....they all mean the same thing! All that matters is the number, not the letters that appear subsequently.

Right, the most important is to convert compliance measured at 100Hz (all Japanese cartridges) to compliance measured at 10Hz (the rest of the world) if you want to know the real deal, before thinking about tonearm/cartridge matching.
