Just two is extremely difficult. Over the years though I'd say: "Will The Circle Be Unbroken II" by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band is right up there. I can put this album on anytime and just sit and listen. Another all time favorite is "Temptation" by Holly Cole.
The question would be easier if you asked for five.
