Jazz suggestions please

Hello,

I recently started to listen to alot of Jazz Lps and I would like to expand my knowledge with some of your suggestions. I've listend to a veriety of styles and periods and what I've liked the most and WOULD LIKE TO STICK WITH are the sounds of Oscar Peterson, David Brubeck, Bill Evans, Ray brown (love that bass). Any other suggestion along those lines would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

I love Tom Jobim, Oscar Peterson, John Coltrane, and Dave Brubeck, but I just can't get into Miles' Kinda Blue.
For someone current check out anything by Cyrus Chestnut, a fabulous piano player.
Timwat hit a triple. I should go through my list as well, but I just purchased a Charlie Haden CD - "American Dream", with Brad Mehldau and Michael Brecker. Very nice, especially if you like an upright bass, so thought I would pass it on.
Oh, jump about anywhere into the Art Pepper catalog and enjoy. They're all good and many should be included on any basic list as "starters".
In addition to the above mentioned artists, look into Cannonball Adderly as well as Kenny Burrell. Good stuff.
