I believe they were not released as complete shows becasue they did not have all the tape to do whole shows.

Couple questions...the acoustic tracks..."going to ca" and "thats the way"...which show were these derived from? ALso...of both shows...what tunes were deleted? Anyone have the complete set list of both shows? Also...why werent these released in complete shows?
