Your Favorite Classical Box Sets

I have several versions of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, my favorite of all of them, #3, #7 and #9 are near the top of my list.  If I had to chose "the best" I'd chose Herbert Von Karajan's 1963 recordings with the Berlin Philharmonic (remastered).  I may change my mind on that, after the George Szell/Cleveland Orchestra set arrives though.
