That's one of the options returning it, and get a sealed box, this is very obvious a return, the company did not check it, will see I have 60 days to return it, I will give it two weeks... And try more Sacd disc.thanks Nordic norm

I bought this player and to my surprise it sound really really good, very musical
on redbood and Sacd, the problem the Sacd section skips and at times ,it will stop, Any owners of this player experience this? My thought is a laser issue.The reason I bought this unit because I have plenty of Sacd disc collection. I can still return this unit though. Thanks
