Yamaha CD S1000 & 5 disc CDP

Hi-Fi News recently reviewed the Yamaha CD S1000 and some time earlier reviewed the S2000. Would like to hear comments from those that have auditioned these and/or own them. Of particular interest are those who use either unit with a preamp other than Yamaha - the CDP's are matched - or at least marketed with Yamaha integrateds. Also anyone who has knowledge of a 5 disc CDP that is manually switchable between CD and SACD - I am not big on single disc player or the mega disc players - kind of like the three bears, a 5 or 6 disc unit is just right for my listening habits.
