wyred 4 sound dac 2 or ps audio nu wave dac

I am looking for a new dac. I like a warmer sounding dac. I will be hooking it up to a cd player but maybe in the future will get into computer audio. Any suggestions would be apreciated, thanks

If you plan to use headphones, the asus headphone out quality is not very good, and its very picky.

Add to your list the Burson Conductor, its a 3 on 1 unit aimed for desktop audiophiles. Great dac, and beefy headphone amp.
