I have listened to the Dyn 25 and own the ARC. The ARC very uncolored due to its design, materials, and contruction. Golden Ears is right on with placement flexibility, ease to drive, and even tonal balance at low volumes. I will add that they are very dynamic and can be played at very loud volumes. The ARC is one of the best speakers I have listened to at any price (or size). At 3600 (std finish w/stands) they are a great value.

Wondering if anyone has had a chance to compare the ARCs and the 1.3SEs (or Special 25s). I've read a couple older posts but thought I'd see if there are any recent impressions anyone would like to share. I've got a small listening room 13x15x8 and have BAT50SE, BAT75 and Wadia301. Also have a REL Strata III.
