Will grounding plugs improve the sound of my NAD ?

I heard grounding plugs on all inputs of a pre amp can improve the sound. Is this universal? Will I notice a difference in my NAD integrated?

I suppose grounding plugs are not worth the money/effort for me as I dont care too much if a little dust gets in. Gracias.
