Why were 291 responses removed about Rap?

I do not care for rap.  It is not music.  I abhor unbridled censorship.  Why were 291 posts systematically removed,  then the post deleted by moderators?   I did have a serious reply, followed by two tamer ones. This is not about me.

Rap is created by those who’re on the bottom rung, for those who are on the bottom rung; it is created by the "Ghetto" for the "Ghetto".
He did not know it. Nor did hundreds of millions who caught on. Hey, it even includes Gang.

You can delete my post, but you cannot delete history.
Rap is the expression of the "subculture" that was created by the racist policies of the USA.

All music is an expression of some subculture.   Rap including.

Assertions that it is not even music actually provides additional evidence to support the assertion quoted above.  Just saying.
Rap is the expression of the "subculture" that was created by the racist policies of the USA.
Ditto for Jazz and Blues.
@mapman so true. As if the punk movement of the late-70's wasn't protest music by a subculture against an inherently biased status quo.

As if the grunge movement of the 90's wasn't a reaction to the bloated falsities of the hair band-fueled entertainment excesses of the 80's.

As of Shostakovich's music wasn't a protest against Stalinist fascism and homophobia

It was Richard Wright who opined that all literature is protest. The same might be said for much music.
"It was Richard Wright who opined that all literature is protest."

I like Richard Wright’s work on Shine on You Crazy Diamond, but even I would not call it rap.

Now, Have a Cigar may be open to discussion about protesting the establishment.

With Money, no discussion needed. It is clear as day. Serious bling, including stash of cash, new car, Lear Jet...

Rap on.
