who knows the artist Bagwell

I have found a 33T vinyl test single of Bagwell with the following handwritten info : MIC MAC records-Bagwell-I don 't want (title ) master no 62291 ( 1991 ? ) .I sent Micmac an Email for more info, but no answer . Has the French singer songwriter Cabrel something to do with this record ( backing vocals or guitarplaying )It is techno music .Nowhere info about Bagwell on the webb . Who can help me with more info , who has the regular 33T vinyl ?
