Which ic between amp and preamp?


Hello, I need advice for a ic between amp and preamp. The system I'm using is: Sony 7700 dvd>Cardas 300b ic>CAL Sigma dacw/ Mullard 4004 nos and 24/96 chip>Better Cable ic>Rogue 66 lsr>factory ic>Odyssey Stratos w/ cap upgrade>Analysis Plus Oval 9 biwired>Magnepan 1.6 qr. Also looking into isolation devices under components(cones,etc.) and seeking recommendations. Please advise of any changes I should consider. Thanks, Brad

I have had great results using Coincident ics between my Rogue 66 and my Bryston 4B-ST. They are not too common here being sold in used condition but do audition them if you can. I could also make a recommendation to audition the Homegrown Silver Lace (30 day trial offered) and if you do try these also throw them in between your DAC and the preamp - you might be surprised. Silver lends itself nicely to tube applications. Each cable application is system dependant so as the "rule" goes - Try before you buy...
