Depends on your preferences, system, and what type of files you'll play. I like Arcam a good bit more than Cambridge, but I'm sure others prefer Cambridge.
The DAC Magic is a great DAC. The rDAC is shipping soon, so very few have heard it. If you can audition them, do that. If not, try the one who's house sound you like more.
