Which Blue Ray player to buy ?

I bought the cheapest BDP I could find - Samsung 1500 for $250 - with the intention of upgrading in about a year once the manufacturers get all the bugs strightened out and there are more BDPs with 7.1.

BTW, the 1500 plays fine but is built like a toy.
