Where to buy LP

I got a friend who is willing to do my bidding ....
Where can I find good LP supplies in New York City or London? Thanks for sharing.

My favorite place in New York is the Bop Shop in Rochester. Located in the Village Gate Square, 274 North Goodman Street.

They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday until 8 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Reach them at (716) 271-3354.

I have not shopped in London in years, but was surprised at Harrods selection, especially for a department store. Might be worth a telephone call once in London.
Sound by Singer has a few bins. Princeton Record Exchange in NJ has a substantial collection of used LPs.
I can second the Princeton Record Exchange. The prices and quality are very good. Only a couple hours drive from NY. When I lived in and near New York, I never found a record shop in the city I liked. There are also a number of Web sites which offer new and used records. They are:

Acoustic Sounds www.acousticsounds.com

Red Trumpet www.redtrumpet.com

Elusive Disc www.elusivedisc.com

Audiophile International www.audiophileusa.com

Music Direct www.amusicdirect.com

I have purchased from each of these and have received excellent service from them all.
It can depend on what type of music you're looking for. For a few ideas, see the old thread: Used records/CDs in NYC?
