Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Cheap Thrills - Janis Joplin and Big Brother and the Holding Company.Haven't listened to that in forever. The texture and atmosphere transported me to a dark nightclub and I could almost smell the beer and weed.
boxer12,Sparklehorse is an interesting band for sure.I'm always hunting for new music to enjoy,so thanks!I was listening to some of their stuff on YouTube then got sidetracked with old Smothers Brothers videos......
n80 it's fun and fascinating to listen to the old blues riffs and lyrics and compare how they were incorporated into other songs over the years.I love any blues based tunes from all genres. They all "borrowed" from each other even way back.
