No fatigue.
Still grinning and spinning!

The only level meter I have is when the frosty one pokes her head around my door then I know it was too loud......
Speaking of Now ... Pat Metheny Group.

Reubent.

Yes actually having a lot of fun breaking in new speakers and cartridge.
Both immensely satisfying.

It's hard to ignore what's going on out there but no point in worrying myself sick over it.
Spirit.

Yes the SON album sounded really nice late last night( well late for me at least, lol ).

First time playing it, will get repeat play for sure.
The World of Cat Stevens
Original Decca UK recording.

Mapman.
These Spatials are really working out well in my system driven by my BAT tube integrated amp.
A lot more dynamic, propulsive, engaging and highly detailed top to bottom.

Makes everything more enjoyable.
Romance Dance .... Kim Carne's.

A friend loaned me an Ortofon Black Cadenza to try out.
It's a real detail retrieval beaver for sure!
Tomic
Yes he is, he posts here often too.

When he came round to align my Karat correctly ( he has all the tools and ears) he brought the Black and aligned that too and left it for me to try.

Very appreciative!

Its sounding mighty fine tonight Steve.

Freedom is for Children is mind blowing.

The Spatials are singing beautiful music to my ears.
Frosty one has to work all weekend so be plenty of music time at elevated SPL.
😉😉😉
Hope everyone stays safe in these calamatous times.

The Frosty One is a care giver with quite a few elderly patients , which is why she is working all weekend. God bless her heart. So, not really Frosty at all.

Well to me yes but I understand that. Lol.
Don't blame her....
😉😉

It’s the original Cotillion edition.

Right now though.

No Heavy Petting .... UFO.

I am actually surprised on just how well Woodstock sounds considering the original source material they had to work with!
I bought about 8 Tubes albums from our LRS when he was flogging them off at  $1 a pop.....

The live  album is probably my favorite.
Oregon.
Sorry to hear that sir.
Trite words I know but please stay safe.
It's definitely a crazy world out there right now.
And with an asteroid heading towards us maybe Armageddon is knocking on the door.
You don't see many people even acknowledge the existince of Pentangle.
Great call Noromance!
I tell you now if Millercarbon ever finds his way in here and starts posting with his usual arrogant blow hard look at me style I'm done!

You can hardly visit a thread without walking into his vastly over inflated ego.

Sorry, rant over..... For now.
Tomic.
I think every bass player from 70&80,s wanted to be Jaco,
And the problem was the fretboard indeed,or the lack of one.
I never could handle the fretless bass.
What was he, like 36 or so when he passed?
Another colossal waste!
I hear you Tomic.

I went one worse, bought a 5 string fretless.
How hard could it be?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Well it looked good hanging on the wall anyway.....
Yeah but don’t tell Chak or Mijo  that cleaning records actually works.
It might burst their fragile little bubble.

a great example here.
Found this album in the dollar bin, looked clean so spun it. Lot of pops and general background hash.
30 minutes at 44 degrees C and playing it right now.

No background hash and only heard one pop so far and nearly finished side one.

Aurora .... Jean Luc Ponty
The timer on my us machine only goes to 30 minutes Slaw.
Oneday I will just try one run through twice so 60 minutes, see if any improvement from 30.
Slaw
You cannot leave it at that!
What accident would necessitate the removal of interconnects and not to reuse them?
Curious minds need to know....
Good job that was only 50 cents, sent me right to sleep.

Try this.

Live ... Crosby-Nash.

Better.
Great album nicks.
I found I had three copies couple weeks ago!
And on reel to reel.   Lol.
The Black Album ... Metallica.

Remastered release on two 200g lps.

SQ is spectacular!
Damn.

Its a good job I put Kind of Blue down again!!

Well it was a cd anyway.......
