This makes it simple.

Listen to the two extremes (17 & 220) and determine what you like and dislike about each.

hopefully the likes and dislikes will be apparent at which point try the 69 for a bit which puts you in the middle and see if you get the best or worst of both worlds.

If you get the best... look inbetween the values either way to fine tune. If it sounds worse in the middle, look at cartridge setup and repeat.
