What is the best way to wire this system?

Products being utilized:

* Intel NUC (using as media center PC)...has USB, HDMI and RJ45/ethernet connections
* KEF LS50 Wireless II speakers (these have digital optical and digital coax inputs as well as HDMI/ARC and mini-RCA (aka: AUX) inputs)...BUT...the USB only works as a "service" port. They have no analog RCA inputs.
* Cambridge Audio CXN v2 (has just about every connection I’d want)
* REL S/5 subwoofer
* Epson projector (has 2 HDMI inputs)

What is the best way to wire this system in a manner where the video goes straight from the NUC to the projector (via HDMI, obviously) but the audio goes from the NUC to the KEF’s (digitally, for movies/TV/YouTube, etc, so I can make use of the DAC in the KEF’s and not the sound processing inside the NUC, which is vastly inferior)? As for using the CXN v2, I’m thinking I’d like to continue using it as my primary music streamer, even though the KEF’s have Spotify Connect built-in, because it just sounds SO damn good! I would probably hook it up to the KEF’s AUX input using an analog L/R RCA to mini-RCA cable so that I can make use of the DAC inside the CXN.

I guess the fundamental questions are: 1) how do I run digital audio from the NUC to the KEF’s, thereby making use of the DAC inside the KEF’s and not the sound processing inside the NUC while also being able to run audio for music from the CXN to the KEF’s? Will I need to purchase a different media center "PC" that has not only HDMI out but also a digital optical and/or coaxial digital output? I was thinking of going the route of using an HDMI splitter to run from the NUC to both the projector and the KEF’s BUT that would, as I understand things, bypass the DAC inside the KEF’s for the audio component...which I definitely don’t want since sound processing inside the NUC is mediocre at best.

Also...will running digital optical or digital coax cable from a media center PC directly to the KEF's but HDMI from the same media center PC to a projector cause the audio and video to be out of sync during movies/etc?

Any wiring wizards out there???
