What brands tend to have the worst resale value?

I couldn’t resist this topic which obviously contrasts with the post on the other side of the equation.
In all my years buying and selling gear I think that Soulution gets hammered more than anything I’ve ever witnessed. I’m sure it’s great gear so there’s something that I’m missing. Mola Mola looks tough as well. Late generation Krell pretty weak too.
What are some other candidates?

Capehart was the brand of the first stereo I bought when a kid. Probably about 11 or 12 years old at the time. Straight from k-mart. I was pretty proud of it but even back then I knew I could do better & replaced the speakers with some "Sound Design" air suspension speakers within the first month. LOL, it had a TT, radio, & an 8-track.
Wilson Speakers.  I bought a pair of Sashas, 8 years ago for $28,000 plus Tax and finally sold em' for $10,000 after a 7 month listing, OUCH!!
Lessons learned, buy used.
How about uber-expensive Focal Stella Utopia, asking price...$37K (retail - $98k)....ouch!!!!
So let me get this straight, the Yorx all in one I just picked up for $899, isn't going to make me a profit when I go to sell??
