Weiss DAC202 or new Audio Research DSPre. I want to buy one of these DACs without preamplifier (directly to the power amplifier monos) and connect to PC via USB/FW. Any thinks about this match. Which one is better?
Weiss DAC202 is a fantastic as the DAC and as preamp: sound is big, transparent, driving. But I don't collate it with ARC DSPre or DAC8 in one setup...
