Wavelength Proton or Mhdt Havana

I am about to wade into the DAC waters and want to spend less than $1000. Has anyone compared the havana against the proton?

I had the Cosecant and Paradisea + in the system at the same time and I thought the Paradisea at 1/5th the price beat out the Cosecant and the Havana I found to be slightly better than the Paradisea so my guess is compared to the Proton which I have not heard the Havana would be better
