Wall socket for Ethernet/ Cable outlet recommendation

I wanna install a Wall outlet that includes access for Ethernet and coaxial connections. Behind the wall there will be a splitter for the coaxial cable.

Any recommendations or is this generic.

The RJ45 CAT number jack you use depends on the Cat number of the 4 pair twisted cable. Example, if the cable is CAT 5e then use a CAT 5e RJ45 jack. If the cable is CAT 6 use a CAT 6 jack.
