Wall Dampening Systems

I am investigating installing a wall dampening system from ASC. This room will be filled with plenty of windows and will serve a our listening and tv room. I am curious what others think about the wall dampening system offered by ASC given this description. The price to add to our room would be $3000. Do not know if this will improve the sound of the room to that tune. Thoughts?

I am sure it will help. I'd try a Rive's Audio Plan first....$1200...then decide whether to buy or build the treatments...I suspect you'll get a more comprehensive plan that won't do any harm to the sound...
