Meter out of calibration or a bad meter. The meter reading low is probably the one at fault. ARC has very good service. You might want to call them and get an opinion.
VU Meter Faulty

I recently bought a pair of Audio Research REF610 to drive Max 3 Speakers. One of the VU meter is showing almost double of the other one's VU Meter. Sound is balanced, there is no any particular difference between volume from speakers, it is just fine. I wonder what can cause this fault. Any ideas ?
