Don't know if this is possible as I do not have a SDS. Can the Scoutmaster in conjunction with the SDS and usign the 45 RPM pully slot acheive 78 RPM and the variations used during that era?
I think it is the opposite. You will need to put the pulley for 300rpm motor on a 600rpm motor. That will double the 33.33 rpm to 66.67rpm. You than adjust the SDS frequency upward to make that 78rpm.
