VPI and 78 RPM

Don't know if this is possible as I do not have a SDS. Can the Scoutmaster in conjunction with the SDS and usign the 45 RPM pully slot acheive 78 RPM and the variations used during that era?
I don't think the sds can increase the speed enough to obtain 78 rpm however I believe that VPI makes a pulley that will run at 78 rpm that is made for the 600 rpm motor.
I think it is the opposite. You will need to put the pulley for 300rpm motor on a 600rpm motor. That will double the 33.33 rpm to 66.67rpm. You than adjust the SDS frequency upward to make that 78rpm.
If you are into 78's, best to get a Technics 1500
