The 300 rpm motor is installed in place of the 600rpm motor in your VPI motor housing. It is to be wired the same as the original motor and the capacitor in the 300 rpm kit replaces the original capacitor. Not hard to do just look to see how the original motor is wired and wire the new motor the same way.
