VonSchweikert VR4 Gen 3 vs Meadowlark Heron I

Anyone have any comments how the VonSchweikert VR4 Gen 3 and Meadowlark Heron I compare. My amp and preamp are Musical Design. I listen mainly to classical music some jazz.

sattothestars Details Discussions Posts This discussion Message User 233 posts 02-23-2002 at 11:01am Copy Comment URL Report Comment Edit Delete As a dealer for both I favor the VSAs Gen IIIS.These speakers are disimilar is design therfore sound different.The Meadowlark has a smaller soundstage,and does not quite have the depth the gen IIIS have.In no way are Meadowlarks slouches,just not the same energy that that the VSAs have.Speakers are subjective,and for my taste the VSAs offer more realism to music.
