I'm interested in whether anyone has compared the two speakers and can share their insights on the improvements in the new VR-5 Anni. Is the price for the new Anni really worth the cost over a mint used SE version?
Thanks, that seems to be the general concensus. Hopefully, I can find a good deal on a used or demo set as people upgrade to some of the new offers such as the VR-77.
The VR-5 Anniversary is worth it, really really worth it. Von Schweikert also sells interconnects and speaker cables as well. The cables are made by the same people who make the wiring for the space shuttle and the space station
