behringer u-control uca202, the software, available on the behringer site, is free. Also, consider the Steinberg Clean 4, often about $10 on e-bay. I've used all of the latter and I am very please.
no software needed...just buy a new or used masterlink alexis ML-9600 which connects to your turntable and it will record on the hard drive...then copy the music to a CD..and from CD copy to itunes..
