Vinyl Engine Registration Problem.....Is there a trick?

Recently I have interest in Vinyl Engine because there are topics there I would like to explore. But, when I attempt to get to the Registration section.....nothing. Just a default Internet message about VPN's and proxy servers. I use no such tools. Upon searching the Net for others having this same type of problem there are scores of issues others have encountered other than initial registration. With the registration issue VE explains that "aggressive spam filtering settings" is the problem. BS.   I am very computer savvy and have an immaculate machine. Have tried registration using multiple browsers and anti spam settings. From the flood of user complaints of the VE website, is it probably a good idea to avoid it? If so, that's sad. Seems like it has some good info and resources. Any tips??

Registering more than one account will permanently block all related accounts, email and IP addresses.

Are you sure you didn't register before?

I absolutely have not previously registered at VE. Like I said.....the website never allows me to reach the registration page. Many others have stated that problem as well as numerous other problems. Thanks for your response.
Being able to register at VE is not a major concern. What interested me was the blocking from the registration since I am always curious to drill down on Internet issues. One restriction is the use of a VPN, which I do not use. The other is the blocking of my public/external IP address. VE strongly recommends using a "conventional" Internet connection. What is "conventional"? Simply a hardwired connection?

VE needs to strongly address their website structure. The creation of an external IP address is dictated by the ISP and can be influenced by the use of a WiFi router (which I use). Of the many, many, sites I have registered with I have never encountered such a restriction. So, the VE site is, by far, not even close in importance to altering my Internet configuration! Not worth the bother.

Your ISP WAN is most likely a dynamic IP. Try getting it renewed to a different IP address.
Not so.....my IP address is static not dynamic. I have worked with computers and all types of issues for years. Just read posts of present and former users of the VE website and see all of the different problems encountered with the site. If you have experienced no problems....you're lucky. I will forget about that site.

I had issues registering with VE. I wanted to download a protractor. I just gave up.
