Vandersteen 5a ct vs Wilson Audio Sasha?

LosAngeles and San Diego nice this time of year. Sunny has a lovely pair of 5a Carbons ( much more than CT ) and Alma in San Diego has the Wilson. Certainly not identical rooms, systems, but should suffice to gain an understanding..

That said . . . I have not heard the 5 Carbon but I have heard the W/P7 and Sasha and the Vandy 7. Without an audition, I would go with the 5 Carbon over Wilson. Those Vandersteen carbon drivers are superb. Might be the very best made today. Pistonic behavior = minimized distortion which yields unsurpassed clarity, intelligibility, and resolution.

Time and phase coherence is Vandy's trademark.
Though being a Vandy owner, I am prejudiced.
I have only heard the Sabrina, and was impressed.
I concur with previous posts and listen to both speakers.
