Universal not cd ripper transport media player to feed chord hugo tt2

Hi 

I know there are several media players that have a cd ripper and internal storage but ideally wanted to find a media player that can rip DVD audio too ...are there any media players that use universal player not a cd player as the ripper?

If no universal ripper does any of the better sounding units allow sd memory cards to be inputted into the media player that can be fed to my external dac.  

I don't want a ethernet or streaming system....

Currently using an oppo transport feeding my chord hugo tt2
