Unity 1 Rotary Platform turntable

I am still looking for some info on a odd turntable, late 70's early 80's ? 
15 lb solid brass cast platter
Grace F9 tone arm 
none hinged smoked top ie no hinges 
single speed...33 1/3 rpm 
Belt drive , with a 24 pole motor 
3 legs with some suspension 
the lettering is large white  "Unity 1   Rotary platform"
have done numerous searches on line to no avail 

any ideas out there
