Underwood HiFi Cables

Was wondering if any of you folks have any thoughts on/experience with Underwood HiFi’s line of cables. I grabbed a pair of “gold series” interconnects with my new DAC, as Walter offered them at half price with my purchase. The website is pretty sparse on details regarding composition/geometry/specs, and all I have to compare them to are some garbage generic patch cables.

I think we need to see the internal of the power cord.  It's possible Underwood may be using some fancy marketing terminology, but underneath it's just like any other power cords.  Investing in the engineering to design a good power cord is not something one can take lightly.
Before Equi=Core was bought out by Underwood, they were selling power cords that were revealed to be straight re-brands from China, available on Amazon. Back in the day, someone pointed it out in one of the threads about the company and the then owner.
I guess this is why the audio cable industry has gotten a bad name.  There are a few bad apples that ruin the whole industry.  (Well hopefully just a few).
