Two Revel Centers Redux?

I previously posted a query...whether two centers (one below and one above, vertical array; actually two Revel M20s) was, in theory, a good idea? One key objective: placement of the voices squarely in the center of the screen.

Having lived with this arrangement now for 6 months, I can say that the answer is YES! I have experimented with numerous single speakers (designed as center channels, unlike the M20s), and never got this clarity, impact and center-of-the-screen localization before.

The main 'educated' criticism of this arrangement was that it would generate comb filtering. Also during this 6 months I read Floyd Toole's book on sound reproduction. The measurements that he and others have made show that this is not a concern. Well, so much for that well-loved theory.
