I like Erikt's response. In your small room perhaps you should be more concerned about the rake angle of the speakers. It looks like there is potential for some reflection off the ceiling.

Tboooe, your setup has come along nicely.
But since you are listening near-field in a small space and based on Onhwy61's comments, it's probably better to use some diffusion on the ceiling. Absorption could create a suck-out, and you only want to soften the refection off the ceiling.
