Tube Preamp with HT Bypass Under $1200

Any thoughts on the best value in a tube preamp with home theater bypass? I want to keep it under $1200 pre-owned. Thanks!

You can get a new one for around that money. I have a Transcendence 8+ all tube hooked to a Synergy 450 and my Tyler D2X. Has a HT bypass added as an option for $50.00 Sounds beautiful. Take care.
