My vote is for the VPI. I think it has more robust upgrade options and technical support and I like the company and products. I currently own a VPI Classic turntable now.
I suspect others are going to recommend a lot of different turntables but sometimes less options will get you sitting in front of your speakers sooner. Perhaps this afternoon?
