For anyone considering the TriangleArt Maestro, I own the Maestro/Osiris package, and while a little on the gaudy side to me, which initially turned me off, it is much less so in person, and visitors to my music room fall in love with the looks and once they hear it...case closed! It is an excellent performer, and music is my number one priority. The turntable's looks are deceptive because it doesn't really sound like it looks! With all that metal, it surprisingly is neither bold, brash, nor over the top in its presentation. It is the most natural, open, and musical table I've owned (VPI, SOTA, Clearaudio, Linn, and many others in over 35 years in this hobby) and gives me a hauntingly open window to the music. It supplanted a Clearaudio Innovation/Universal setup, handily outperforming it. Quieter, tonally richer, much deeper bass, and equal or greater detail retrieval. Granted, the Clearaudio aesthetically is the hands-down winner, but if the music is what matters, the Triangleart Maestro was a clear winner and should not be dismissed.
