Tone arm/cartridge Combination
I need some advice on my phono equipment. I have a Rega Planar 2 turntable, about 20 years old, with a Grace 707MkII arm and Denon 103D catridge. The part which holds the arm's lift mechanism has a crack in it and the lift mechanism will not work anymore. Does anyone know where I can get it repaired in the Chicagoland area? Or replacing the arm the only choice ? The phono is connected to a Marantz PM84D Integrated amp (Quarter A) and speakers are Vandersteen 2Ce. Thanks.
