To all MSB III owners. Build difference?

I have owned two of these used dacs and there are distinct differences I found in the upsampling boards. One has jumpers for the 24/96 and higher sampling rates. The other has a chip installed instead of the jumpers. I suppose the chip board does not have the option to upsample further than the 24/96 rate without the jumper option but I'll let other owners chime in on this. BTW the higher jumper rate(192)when tried had the lights flicker on the front panel. Good listening!
