Tice Audio out of Business?

I just saw a note on the HCM site that Tice is out of business. Anyone have further info?

I did a lot of business with George personally rather than through dealers and reported the broken link to AG. He was always very helpful and I use his power conditions, PCs , digitals, ICs and 416a.
