Thorens TD180

I found a super duper deal on a Thorens TD180 turntable, got it at a thrift store for $12.21, NEW! It is missing the counterweight. does anybody know where I could get one, or know a phone # to Thorens so I could order one. Also what was the retail price for this w/factory cartridge and is there any way to get rid of the RCA males coming out of the back and be able to convert it so that I can use interconnects.

According to the bluebook a TD180 MKIII sold new for $475 in 1995 with cartridge. Any one who can solder and drill a hole can easily put a set of output jacks on it for you.
