Its pretty common for Boulder users to bridge the 500. I have a 500AE which was on sale at $1350. It runs my 4 ohm Thiel 2.4's effortlessly. Might sell it if you are interested.
Thinking about finding a 2nd Boulder 500
I have a 15 year old Boulder 500 and I would like to find a second and use them as monoblocks (bridged). I do not see any on the used market. Would this be a reasonable configuration? I had seen one at ~$1200, is that a good price. I have B&W 801matrix speakers.
